Chris Stanley, Board President
Chris has a diverse background leading IT transformation with over a decade in the hospitality industry at The Celtic Collection. He led the IT development, going from Physical > CI > HCI for the datacenter and completed the overhaul of the network from Core to Edge. Chris was one of the key members on the Technology team for the Ryder Cup, as well as the SOC team for the NATO Summit in 2014, and was the lead on the ICCW (International Conference Centre Wales) technology design and implementation team from start to finish. In 2020, Chris joined the global cloud communications partner, LoopUp, to manage data center and cloud platform infrastructures. He currently serves as the Vice President of Network Operations to ensure all environments are robust, secure and resilient internally and externally.

Adam Little, Board Vice President
Adam first joined the Elevate User Group in 2021. His 20-year career in IT includes extensive experience with Dell/EMC technologies and VMware. Adam is Director of IT Operations, at New Belgium Brewing Company. Prior to this role, he was the Manager of Enterprise Security and a Senior Systems Administrator at New Belgium. With a background in infrastructure and a focus on security, Adam defined the company’s infrastructure journey onto the private cloud while leveraging Dell VxRail. Managing, mentoring, and driving technology outcomes within his teams and user groups is what he enjoys most.

Ian Jones, Board Director
Ian Jones a seasoned professional with 13 years of experience at NatWest Group, where he is the Private Cloud Infrastructure Product Owner. In this role, he is responsible for formulating and executing the strategic vision for the bank's private cloud and virtual infrastructure. Ian has over a decade of experience working with Dell Technologies, collaborating to tailor solutions to their specific needs and providing valuable feedback to enhance support and product experiences. His relationship with Dell extends beyond just sales, encompassing strong ties with support and professional services.

Suzan Pickett, Board Director
Suzan is SVP Infrastructure Engineering and Operations. She is responsible for advancing Citizen’s operational excellence and transformation of platforms including Observability and Monitoring, Infrastructure SRE, and supporting delivery of quality cloud, data center, compute and storage products and services.
Before joining Citizen’s, Suzan led Dell Digital’s infrastructure product operating model and automation adoption, as well as data science teams focused on supply chain and demand forecasting for infrastructure reliability.
Prior, Suzan had roles in leading large global Infrastructure and Cloud Services teams ensuring architecture, engineering and operational success with companies including Nike, U.S. Bank, and Columbia Sportswear. Suzan currently resides in Central Texas with her husband and Labrador retrievers.

Jonathon Toulon (JT), Board Director and Past President
JT is currently the Head of Technology at Bose. Previously, he served as Vice President of Infrastructure Engineering at McKesson Corporation, a leader in pharmaceutical distribution and healthcare technology. JT was also the leader of Global Infrastructure & Cybersecurity at Mohawk Industries and spent over four years as Senior Director of Infrastructure Engineering & Operations at InComm. Throughout his career, JT has demonstrated exceptional leadership in transforming infrastructure through innovative use of Dell Technologies, consistently driving teams to achieve business success.

Keith Bradley, Board Director
Keith Bradley is Vice President of IT & Security at Nature Fresh Farms®, a leader in greenhouse-grown produce with facilities across the U.S. and Canada. Nature Fresh Farms specializes in organic and conventional peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, and strawberries, with a focus on innovation and sustainability. Under Keith’s leadership, the company has advanced its IT infrastructure, integrating IoT solutions to optimize greenhouse operations. In 2016, his IT team won the Ingenious Award for Small and Medium Business for transforming IoT infrastructure, revolutionizing data management from over 2,000 edge sensors. In 2024, his department was named CIO of the Year by the Information Technology Association of Canada. A hands-on leader, Keith is often found working alongside his team and inspiring creative problem-solving with his favorite motto: “Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome,” from his favorite movie, Heartbreak Ridge. He serves on several advisory boards, including the Boomi Technical Advisory Board, Dell MultiCloud Advisory Board, DTUG (Dell Technologies User Group) Board, and VMware by Broadcom SD-WAN Advisory Board. Outside of work, Keith is an avid scuba diver, exploring dive sites across North America and beyond.

Dan Capoccia, Board Director
Dan is the Director of Customer Advocacy and Listening Operations at Dell Technologies. He is responsible for Dell’s global customer experience (CX) listening operations, overseeing CX listening strategy, survey execution, executive customer engagement, and community management. Dan also led product strategy and CX improvement programs for Dell’s Client Solutions Group and Performance PC product segments. Prior to Dell, Dan began his career in the U.S. Army as a Military Intelligence Officer before transitioning to management consulting at Bain & Company.

Todd Mattson, Board Director
Current DTUC Board Member with over 16 years of experience supporting and securing end user devices. Todd has supported Dell client devices for 11 of those years is both telecommunication and education industries. He loves to discuss tech and has a passion for using tech to create great user experiences. Currently he resides in Florida as a Supervisor, Internal Customer Success Enablement for Cambium Learning Group.

Travis Robertson, Board Director
Over 20 years ago Travis started his career in the field of IT as a college intern. Over time, and moving up through the ranks, he has filled several positions and responsibilities including Helpdesk Administrator, Network and Infrastructure Administrator, Database Administrator, and Applications Developer. Travis currently manages a small team in a medium size business which brings upon new IT challenges every day.

Ann Saari, Executive Director
Ann Saari has supported the user group since 2018 and currently serves as the Elevate User Group Executive Director. Ann works closely with the Board and Team to grow the community and enhance the member experience.
